VII Hills Italian Dry Gin is an aromatic and fruity juniper spirit, lightly citrusy on the nose. On the palate, sweet pomegranate notes with hints of roman chamomile, perfectly balanced by the earthy freshness of the celery.

It is the liquid essence of Made in Italy. Distilled in Moncalieri, in the heart of Piedmont, in the historical distillery Torino Distillati, Seven Hills uses only materials and botanical ingredients that represent the heritage and history of Italy.

Inspired by ancient Romans’ culinary and cultural traditions, the seven botanicals, which naturally grow on the seven hills which surround the Italian capital, are blended into a delicately balanced libation, that gives life to a versatile liquid full of history, traditions and... magic.

VII Hills is a contemporary, modern yet classic gin with botanicals rooted in history. Dating back to the Roman Empire, each of the 7 ingredients were commonly used as part of cooking ingredients and for medical purposes. The Romans had an innovative, culinary, medical and social culture that influenced the old and modern World, which still today are the pillars of our Society.
